Dear Beloved in the Lord,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. On behalf of everyone with the NCDM (Navigators Church Discipleship Ministry) family and most especially Claire and I, We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for those of us who were part of this process in facilitating or had called to encourage the planning of our recent NCDM training held from 6th to the 10th of August. Your faithful partnership in prayers throughout has made incredible impact on our ministry this 2025 Session. Because of your voice been lifted up to God, we were able to impact both pastors and local Church Navigators across the national work. The conference brought together 36 persons and was focusing on the main theme: PRUNNING FOR LASTING RESULTS IN VIEW OF MINISTRY LEGACY.
Some highlight areas addressed during our time together are:
- Flourishing ministry essentials
- Basic Essentials for a fruitful Bible study Team
- Building a discipleship Church Culture
- Recruiting a leadership Core Team
- NCDM Calling and core Values.
The participants left equipped with practical tools and renewed passion for serving God’s kingdom. The feedback from attendees has been overwhelming positively. For example Rev. Solomon shared he now knows where he was going wrong that he could not successfully build a discipleship church culture. Rev. Levi confessed he is going to dissolve the present team he had put in place that were not responding well on owning the vision for discipleship and rather trust God to help him select those who will come on the team with him.
Your time and prayers is already bearing fruit as these leaders return to their communities with fresh vision and enhanced skills. Beyond the practical training, we witnessed God moving in powerful ways throughout the seminar. We believe that the seeds planted during this time will continue to grow and multiply.
As we look ahead, we are planning to do a follow-up with every participant that was path of the Retreat based on their feedback and what to do next in terms of their personal application.
Please continue to pray for those key leaders, asking God to lead them in this whole process and also bless them abundantly as they continue to be faithful servant to the work God has entrusted to all of us.
We pray that the Lord will continue to use them to impact many, and may they experience His joy as they see the eternal impact faithfulness to those they are helping.
