This weekend, delegates from the Graduate Orientation Program (GOP) for the 2024 and 2025 cohorts gathered for their second bi-monthly retreat. The retreat aimed to strengthen unity, leadership, teamwork, and spiritual growth, equipping young Christian leaders to serve effectively in ministry.
The retreat began at 10:00 AM with a time of meditation on Romans 8, focusing on the believer’s identity in Christ and the Trinitarian relationship between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in mission.

The second day began at 10:00 AM with a meditation on Exodus 18:13-27, focusing on Moses’ leadership and the importance of delegation in ministry teams.
The day emphasized combining leadership, teamwork, and personal responsibility to prepare delegates to serve more effectively in ministry.
The second bi-monthly GOP retreat was a valuable time of teaching, meditation, and fellowship, strengthening young leaders’ ability to serve with excellence. By deepening leadership skills, promoting teamwork, and encouraging spiritual growth, the retreat reinforced the mission of The Navigators of Cameroon, preparing delegates to impact their communities and ministries faithfully.
